Cooking method
Cut the pork neck into small pieces. Peel the onion, mode finely and salt with the amount of salt necessary for salting meat. We mince the onion well with salt until it starts the juice. In the meat we pour seasonings of about 5 gr. each except cumin (cumin).Mix well and leave for 5 minutes. Add the cooked onion and mix well again. After an hour, the meat is ready. Important: add the cumin (5-10 g) and mix in the maso before putting it on the skewer. 5 minutes before cooking, we smear the shish kebab with sunflower oil. Enjoy your meal.
