- Add the salt, sugar, and baking soda to the kefir and stir. 2. Add the feta and flour and stir. 3. Knead into a smooth, elastic dough. 4. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. 5. Roll each piece into a round. 6. Spoon the filling onto the rounds. 7. Pinch the edges closed and roll them out again. 8. Fry each flatbread on both sides in a preheated skillet with 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat, covered, about 2–3 minutes per side, until golden. Enjoy!
