Step 1:
Pour kefir, water into a saucepan, mix and heat.
Step 2:
In a convenient bowl, I break 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 6 tablespoons of sugar and mix everything well.
Step 3:
Add warmed kefir.
Step 4:
Add flour and mix well.
Step 5:
When the dough is ready, add 1 teaspoon of soda.
Step 6:
I pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it well.
Step 7:
I put the dough in a frying pan and fry it on medium heat until ready.
