Step 1:
Prepare the croutons. To do this, cut the loaf into a cube with a side of about 1.5 cm .

Mix vegetable oil with garlic, Provencal herbs and salt.

Put our cubes in a baking container, pour the prepared mixture, mix thoroughly and send it to the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 160-170 degrees. We mix them from time to time.
Step 4:
Chicken fillet cut into strips, salt, pepper, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 5:
Fry on high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, preventing the meat from frying - we need it juicy inside.
Step 6:
Finely chop the cabbage.
Step 7:
Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips.
Step 8:
Finely chop the blue onion.
Step 9:
Next we make cheese balls. To do this, take the fetax cheese, add finely chopped dill, garlic through a press, dried basil to it.
Step 10:
And knead well with a fork (I added a little cream for a softer consistency).
Step 11:
Then we make balls out of this mass with our hands - in the palms, like plasticine.
Step 12:
For dressing, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic, tangerine juice (squeezed from half a tangerine).
Step 13:
Mix cabbage, corn, finely chopped onion, bell pepper, chicken.
Step 14:
Put on a plate or in a salad bowl, put cheese balls, croutons on top, pour salad dressing.
