- A Caesar wrap makes a great bite for lunch, an afternoon snack, or dinner. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and pan-fry it in vegetable oil. Cut the bread into small cubes and fry those in oil too, for croutons. Make the dressing — mayonnaise plus garlic (pressed or finely minced). Then put it together: spread the dressing over a sheet of lavash, sprinkle with grated cheese, lay down the lettuce leaves, the chicken, the finely chopped tomato, and the croutons, and roll it up. Enjoy!
