Step 1:
Grate 1 large zucchini on a grater without seeds and squeeze out the juice. Add 1 egg, flour, salt, black pepper to taste and mix everything
Step 2:
Put a pancake (1-1.5 cm thick) in a frying pan and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
Step 3:
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise or yogurt with sour cream in equal proportions, add grated garlic.
Step 4:
Spread the pancake sauce and put the filling. I used a White Dacha salad and sausage. You can add boiled eggs, herbs, cheese, etc., those products that your pets love.
