Mix the matzoni with the listed flour, knead the dough. It sticks to my hands a little, at the end I add sunflower oil. Overnight in the refrigerator . From the general dough , pinch off a piece the size of an egg . You need to roll out carefully due to the fact that there is very little white flour, it can break . Fry in a dry frying pan for a minute on one side and the other. Very tasty and hearty tortillas, due to the reduction of white flour, are also useful.
