Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, cut the onion into half rings, three carrots on a coarse grater, cut the tomato into slices, add tomato paste. Fry for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Add salt, pepper, spices, bay leaf. Mix it up. Fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Add the sausage cut into strips. Mix it up. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
