Zucchini cut with a special knife (easier) or a simple knife into thin long straws
Step 3:
Fry in a frying pan without oil for a couple of minutes, adding 1-2 tablespoons of water until the liquid evaporates completely, stirring constantly.
Step 4:
Shake vinegar, black pepper, honey and oil and mix with zucchini, leave to marinate for an hour.
Step 5:
Mix the cheese with sour cream, chopped garlic and chopped nuts.
Step 6:
We spread the small cups with part of the zucchini (without marinade), then a layer of cheese and zucchini again, press tightly and turn over on a plate. Serve with tomatoes.
