It is customary in our family to harvest sauerkraut for the winter in huge quantities. Because of this, we have to invent and search for all new recipes for cooking with this salad.
Because you don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, then all recipes with sauerkraut are very easy to prepare and do not distract from other household chores at all.
The meat washed in water is cut into strips of small thickness.
Washed potatoes are peeled and cut into cubes.
Cut the peeled onion quite finely and fry in vegetable oil, and then add the chopped meat to the onion.
Fry for ten minutes.
At the same time, fry the chopped potatoes in a separate frying pan.
Then add sauerkraut squeezed from the juice to the potatoes and mix.
After a while, combine the meat and onion with potatoes and cabbage.
Add spices and salt to your taste, mix and leave on the off burner for 10 minutes.
The dish must be served to the table hot, if desired, decorated with finely chopped herbs.
