  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

White fish (I have nilus), carrots, broccoli, onions

Cabbage is divided into twigs and thoroughly washed in running water. Then boil the broccoli in boiling water for about five minutes, until it becomes softer.

Prepared broccoli, fish fillets, carrots and onions are crushed in a food processor (blender) or passed through a meat grinder.

I made a sauce for the cutlets. Diced onion and garlic slices

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Fried everything in vegetable oil, then added a tablespoon of red sweet paprika

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

At the very end, I added water, stewed the sauce for a couple of minutes.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Form cutlets from the finished mixture, roll each of them in flour and fry in a hot frying pan on both sides until a crispy crust forms. You can also form cutlets and cook them steamed or in the oven. With this method of cooking, the calorie content of the finished dish will significantly decrease.

    Step 8.

I added a couple of broccoli inflorescences to the sauce.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

I liked it. It's for my taste. The only thing I would add to the cutlets is an egg. But they held up well for me even without an egg. Thanks for the recipe.
