Cooking method
Make pancakes. Mix water and milk in a bowl, heat up to room temperature, add flour and mix everything thoroughly.Add the eggs and whisk the mass until a homogeneous dough. Melt 50g of butter and bake the pancakes as usual.
Cut the salmon into thin slices and roll in chopped dill.
When the pancakes cool down, smear each with butter, put pieces of salmon and wrap with a roll.
Cut the rolls into portions and serve them to the table with sour cream.
