  • Start with the crêpes. In a bowl, combine the water and milk and warm to room temperature, then add the flour and whisk thoroughly. Add the eggs and beat until you have a smooth batter. Melt 50 g (about 3 1/2 tbsp) of the butter and cook the crêpes as usual. Slice the salmon into thin strips and roll them in chopped dill. Once the crêpes have cooled, brush each with butter, lay on the salmon, and roll it up. Cut the rolls into bite-size pieces and serve with sour cream.
