- Boil the buckwheat. Let it cool, then add the egg, flour, and kefir. Mix everything thoroughly. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet. Spoon out the fritters and fry them on both sides until golden, 3–4 minutes per side. The buckwheat fritters are ready!
