Chopped onion (1 piece), pepper, salt, add water to the minced meat, mix. We form meatballs soaked in water with our hands, breaded in flour.
Fry the meatballs in butter on both sides until tender.
Cut the onion (2 pieces) into strips, fry until golden. We put it on the bottom of the saucepan.
Boil and cool the mushrooms. We leave the broth.
Cut mushrooms, fry.
Put the meatballs on top of the onion. They have mushrooms on them.
Making the sauce. To do this, we pass the flour to a golden color. Separately, we pass the tomato.paste, mix it with a liter of mushroom broth. Add flour, bay leaf, pepper.
Pour the sauce into a saucepan and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
