Step-by-step cooking
Turkey fillet, as well as onion and garlic, scroll through a meat grinder.
Soak bread in milk, then squeeze and add to minced meat.
Add salt, pepper, and sour cream.
Form cutlets, roll them in flour, fry them on both sides in rast.oil until ready.
Put the cutlets into a mold and put them in the oven for 20-30 minutes (180 degrees)
When the cutlets are ready, sprinkle them with grated mozzarella and keep them in the oven for another five minutes.
