Cooking method
- Sauté the mushrooms with the onion in vegetable oil. Boil the chicken fillet. Grind the mushrooms and chicken together in a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper. Put the cheese in an oven roasting bag, leaving plenty of extra room. Tie the bag and lower it into hot water. The cheese should turn soft. Quickly roll out the cheese without taking it out of the bag. Cut the bag open and spread the filling over the sheet of cheese. Roll it up tightly into a log. Put the cheese roll in a plastic bag and refrigerate. Once it has chilled thoroughly, slice it.
