Soak the bun in water, then squeeze and mash it.
Chop onion, garlic. Fry them in olive oil (take one tablespoon).
Drain the liquid from the cheese, and cut the cheese into cubes.
Set aside a few tomatoes, cut the rest into cubes.
Mix bread, egg, garlic and onion mixture, dried basil, ground black pepper, oregano, salt with minced meat.
Form cutlets, and put sliced tomatoes mixed with cheese in the middle of each.
Roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil, as usual.
