To start, bake pancakes.

To do this, knead the dough on flour, eggs, milk. Add paprika, add onion and herbs, chopped finely.

Bake pancakes as usual. Smear each with butter.

As a result, about eight pancakes will come out (a 20 cm frying pan).

Grate the boiled potatoes and carrots on a coarse grater. Mix potatoes with mayonnaise and dill, and carrots - just with mayonnaise.

Grate the eggs, mix them with mayonnaise.

Chop the honey mushrooms and mix them with herbs (if desired, add a little mayonnaise).

Cut ham into cubes, mix with mayonnaise.

Now combine everything and mix. Add salt.

Spread the food wrap on the table.

Cut the pancakes in half and put them on the film overlap "face" down. Smear with cream cheese. Put the filling on top.

 Now twist it all into a roll. You can do this in the same way as for sushi: pulling and bending the film.  

You need to use 13 halves of pancakes. Leave three halves for the production of hemp roots.

 Put the resulting stump on a plate.

 Make roots on three sides of the stump.

Decorate the stump salad with mushrooms, protein and herbs.

Make a ladybug out of tomatoes with peas of pepper and mayonnaise.
