Step-by-step cooking
1. Crank the squid in a meat grinder to make minced meat. Add onion, dry bread (a third of breadcrumbs) to the same place.
2. Turn the resulting minced meat again, mix with another third of breadcrumbs to make a mixture from which we will sculpt cutlets.
3. Make cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in a large amount of vegetable oil.
