    1. Run the squid through a meat grinder to make a ground mixture. Add the onion and dry bread (about a third of the breadcrumbs) to it. 2. Grind the mixture once more and mix in another third of the breadcrumbs, so you have a mixture you can shape into cutlets. 3. Form the cutlets and roll them in the remaining breadcrumbs. Fry in plenty of vegetable oil. Really tasty — surprisingly, it's reminiscent of tender chicken.
