Cooking method
Prepare pancake batter by simply kneading together flour, egg, yeast dissolved in a small amount of warm water, a pinch of salt and olive oil. Add wine, a little water to make a fairly liquid mass. Let it brew for an hour.
Peel the apples, cut out the core, cut into rings 4 mm thick, put them in the dough for a few minutes.
