Cooking method
- I'm continuing to share recipes for the multicooker — I've become a real fan of it. This time we're making pilaf in the multicooker. This kind of pilaf comes together very quickly, but I'll warn you up front: it doesn't turn out fluffy and separate. My family actually prefers it this way. 1. Cut the pork into small pieces, then fry it in a skillet with oil along with the onion. Add the carrot a little later. 2. Put the pork in the multicooker and drizzle it with vegetable oil. 3. Rinse the rice in cold water several times, then place it in the multicooker on top of the pork. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Now pour in water to cover the pilaf and set the multicooker to the "Pilaf" program. 5. You can poke a few holes down through the pilaf so the steam rises from the bottom up. That's it — pilaf in the multicooker is ready. See how easy it is!
