pilaf in a slow cooker
. Such pilaf is prepared very quickly, but it turns out, I'll warn you right away, not crumbly. My family prefers this one.
1. Cut the pork into small pieces, then fry it in a frying pan in oil along with onions. Add carrots a little later.
2. Put the pork in a slow cooker and pour vegetable oil over it.
3. Rinse the rice in cold water several times, then put it in a slow cooker on top of the pork. Pepper and salt to taste.
4. Now fill the pilaf with water and set the slow cooker to the "Pilaf" mode.
5. You can make several depressions in the pilaf so that the steam rises from the bottom up.
