Fresh-Frozen Tuna Cutlets with Garlic

A great recipe for tuna fish cakes! The flavor is just out of this world — so, so good! This is my own recipe.

  • Run the fresh-frozen tuna, along with the onion and garlic, through a meat grinder. To the resulting mixture, add salt, ground pepper, nutmeg, the eggs, and the flour. Mix everything together and stir in 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Then fry in a heated skillet in a little oil. Cook each cutlet for about four minutes per side, or until nicely browned and golden.
