Freshly frozen tuna, as well as onions and garlic, need to be twisted in a meat grinder. Add salt, ground pepper, nutmeg, eggs and flour to the resulting minced meat. Mix everything, pour in 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice. And then fry in a heated frying pan in a small amount of oil. The time of the frying process of each cutlet is about four minutes.
