Step-by-step cooking
I really liked this culinary recipe of a curious light dish.
We start cooking four omelets of different colors. Yellow first.
Divide the whites from the yolks, you need 4. Leave the yolks, whisk, pour a teaspoon of flour, a tablespoon of cream, a tablespoon of grated cheese, add salt, whisk. Bake in a frying pan under a lid until ready.
Next - white omelet. Add a tablespoon of grated cheese to the proteins, pour in a spoonful of cream, a teaspoon of flour, olives cut into mugs, salt everything and whisk. Fry in the same way as yellow.
The third omelet will be green. We take 3 eggs, put the main products, as for the first two omelets, and additionally spinach. Whisk, fry.
The fourth is a red omelet. Three eggs + main products + bitter red pepper + tomato sauce 3 tablespoons. Beat and fry.
In total, we should get 4 "cakes" of different colors: white, yellow, green and red.
Now we rub the cheese grated on a fine grater with garlic pressed through a garlic press, mayonnaise. We separate one third of the part and put the greens in the big one.
We assemble a snack cake - we smear three cakes with green sauce, and the last one is just sauce.
And decorate the cake. Cook 1 egg, grate the yolk on a fine grater, the protein too. We collect the snowman figurine from the yolk, put the protein on top. Grated carrots will become a hat, scarf, felt boots and mittens. Boiled and grated beetroot is a mouth and skis. The eyes are made of carnation. The spout is made of carrots. We collect Christmas trees from grated green radish. The composition is ready.
The cake is beautiful not only from the top, but also in the cut.
