Cooking method
- I learned this fried eggs and sausage recipe from my mom, who often makes it for our breakfast. It comes out really tasty, and it's very simple and quick to make — perfect for breakfast! First, heat some margarine or cooking fat in a small skillet. Cut the sausage into small cubes and fry it a little, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. Once the sausage is browned, carefully crack two eggs on top of it, then lower the heat. Salt them and wait until the whites are fully set — you can leave the yolks a bit runny. Slide the finished fried eggs and sausage onto a plate with a spatula and sprinkle with chopped parsley or dill and green onion. And there you have it — fried eggs with sausage! It's a simple, quick European-style dish that even a beginner cook can pull off. Enjoy, and eat well!
