I learned the culinary recipe for bear meat cutlets in a restaurant after I was lucky enough to taste them. Meat has its own special taste. It was he who attracted my persona. In this article I will share with you the same recipe. Let's start cooking.
If you plan to freeze the cutlets, then take the pre-cooled bear meat. If you store meat in the freezer that you don't know where to put it, you can use it to cook cutlets. Bear meat (if the meat has just been taken out of the freezer, it should be thawed beforehand) must be washed in clean water and cut into pieces. Bread should be soaked in milk. Turn the meat through a meat grinder. If you notice a lot of veins in the meat, then pass it through the meat grinder again. Peel the onion, rinse it in cool water, then cut it into pieces so that they can easily fit into a meat grinder. Next, you should turn the resulting minced meat, garlic cloves, bread soaked in milk and onions through a meat grinder. To make the minced meat more homogeneous, it is recommended to turn, alternating bread, meat, garlic and onion. The milk left over from our bread can be poured into minced meat. Next, add spices, salt, herbs, eggs and vegetable oil to the minced meat. The food is almost ready! It remains to fry our bear meat patties.
Cutlets are usually served with cream-glazed champignons and raspberry salsa. Bon appetit!
