Minced chicken zrazy stuffed with chanterelles

Insanely delicious and fast! Conquer the hearts of special guests! The culinary recipe of this dish is very good in the autumn season, when there are a lot of mushrooms. In chicken dishes, I use chanterelles for the filling, but you can use porcini mushrooms or champignons. Chicken zrazy with mushrooms is perfect as a festive meal.

Finely chop the onion head and mushrooms, and then fry with vegetable oil until tender. Hard-boiled chicken egg. Peel off the shell and chop not very finely. In a bowl, mix fried mushrooms with onions, chopped egg, chopped parsley and dill. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then mix well. We soak the bread peeled from the crust in milk and, having squeezed it out, add it to the minced chicken. Also, mix the beaten eggs into the minced meat, sprinkle with pepper and salt, mix it thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency. We divide the minced chicken into tortillas, put the filling in the middle of each and seal it. Zrazy is rolled in breadcrumbs and fried on all sides over moderate heat until ready.
