Step-by-step cooking
Since it has recently become fashionable to grow all kinds of mushrooms at home (for example, oyster mushrooms), I want to offer you a wonderful festive mushroom recipe. In this salad, ham cheese tomatoes are diced or grated – depending on how your food will be decorated in the end. For example, you can put a salad in tomatoes peeled from the core, then it is desirable to grate all the ingredients. If you want to serve salad in a salad bowl, it's better to turn everything into cubes, including tomatoes.
I don't know about you, but I'm used to slightly boil all the mushrooms before cooking. The recipe doesn't say this, but I decided to remind you just in case. Then the mushrooms need to be thoroughly crushed and fried in vegetable oil until fully cooked, let cool. Soft cheese should be diced in the same way as ham. Now combine everything together: mushrooms, cheese and ham, give out garlic here through a crush. Mix everything well. Cut tomatoes into small cubes and also add to the salad. Add salt, season with mayonnaise and put it in a salad bowl (you can put it beautifully on salad leaves, and decorate the sides with tomato slices).
