Knead the dough so that there are no lumps. Peel the apples and seeds, and cut into thin flat pieces. Mix the dough with apples and add ground cinnamon, which perfectly sets off the apple flavor. Fry the pancakes in a preheated frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. The fire should be medium. Since baking powder was added to the dough, the pancakes rise well and become lush.
