Step-by-step cooking
My husband loves various pancakes and pancakes very much. The usual cooking recipes are getting bored, which is why I've been cooking this food a little differently lately. And now I'm going to share a recipe for pancakes with apples. To begin with, we take apples, carefully wash them. Now peel the fruit and cut into small slices, removing the core with the bones. Squeeze the juice out of a fresh lemon and sprinkle the sliced apples with it. Now take the egg, sour cream and powdered sugar and mix these ingredients thoroughly. After that, add apples to the resulting mass. Then gradually pour the sifted flour into our mass and mix thoroughly again. After the fruit dough is ready, we start baking pancakes. To do this, put the pan on medium heat, pour vegetable oil into it, pour a tablespoon of several pancakes into the pan and bake on both sides for 2 minutes. We put the finished pancakes on a large dish and serve them hot to the table, for tea.
