Step-by-step cooking
I make pancakes like this. I dilute yeast and salt in warm water with sugar, add lemon zest and mix. I pour flour into the fluffed yeast and knead the dough. I leave it in a warm place to approach, and in the meantime I am engaged in apples. You need to wash the apples and remove the core. If the dough has risen, I start frying pancakes. Without stirring the dough, I take a little wooden spatula and spread it on a preheated frying pan greased with oil.The pancakes are baked from the bottom, so I put slices of apples on the top of the raw part and pour a little dough on top. I turn it over to the other side. I put the finished pancakes beautifully on a wide dish and sprinkle them with powdered sugar from the baking side. If there were no apples in the house, other fruits and berries can be used for baking.
