There are many recipes for cooking meat. I want to tell you about the recipe for cooking pork with crabs. Many will say that meat and seafood are not compatible. I think so too, but this recipe made me doubt it. The list of products for cooking this food is quite large and it is quite problematic to get them, but it is prepared simply.
Chop the white part of the green onion finely. Rub the chili into a powder. Cut the pork into thin slices, the liver into strips. Cut bamboo shoots into circles.
Heat the oil in a wok, lightly fry the onion and chili on it. Add the meat and liver, after 2 minutes — bamboo shoots and crabs. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, put the peeled and chopped tomatoes, fry all together for 2 minutes. Mix cornmeal with 2 tablespoons of water, nuots mom sauce and shrimp paste. Pour the sauce into a wok, stir, bring to a boil. When serving, put the meat with crabs and sauce on a platter, sprinkle with chopped coriander or parsley.
Separately serve soy sauce.
This dish is perfect for both a warm family dinner and a large festive table!
