Cooking method
If you have meat or poultry meat left after cooking a dish, and you don't know how to apply it, then this cooking recipe is for you. As a result, you will get the food that you will cook first next time. I know it by myself. I recommend Croquettes to you.
Take a large saucepan with water, put potatoes in it in the peel and cook over low heat for about 30-40 minutes. When it is cooked, we will drain the water and leave the potatoes to cool.
While the potatoes "in uniform" are being cooked, we will prepare minced meat.
In a large bowl, put the chopped garlic, chopped green parsley, grated lemon zest and mix well. Then add the pieces of meat there, then the egg and grated cheese. Let's add salt and pepper. Next, the minced meat must be thoroughly kneaded so that it becomes homogeneous.
Peel the cooled potatoes and mash them. Then mix with minced meat. Add a little water, or broth, so that this mixture is not too dry.
Now we will mold oblong cutlets. They should not be too large.
We will pour breadcrumbs into a bowl or plate and roll our croquettes in them.
Put a frying pan on the fire and add olive and vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, we spread the croquettes. They need to be fried over medium heat, turning them over periodically.
Fried croquettes will be put on a plate with napkins so that the oil is absorbed.
When all the croquettes are fried, they can be served on the table. That's it, quick and easy.
