Step-by-step cooking
Fry mushrooms in a frying pan with vegetable oil. If necessary, we will salt it.
Beat eggs with a fork, salt, add milk. If we like a more tender omelet, we take more milk.
Fill the mushrooms with beaten eggs and milk. Add greens. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the omelet with mushrooms over low heat until cooked.
