Cooking method
If you are tired of messing with minced meat, I offer you an original and delicious culinary recipe – Sophie cutlets. Put the hard-boiled eggs. While they are cooking, wash the veal, cut into pieces. In this case, for four, and in general, as many cutlets as you want, cut into as many pieces. Beat each piece well on both sides, rub with salt and pepper to taste. Cut the lemon in half, take half and squeeze out a little lemon juice on each piece. With the remaining lemon, drink tea later. Put the boiled eggs under running cold water to cool down faster, and at this time cut the ham into slices. Peel the eggs and cut them lengthwise into two halves. Put a slice of ham, half an egg on each chipped piece of veal and roll it up. To prevent the roll from unwinding, fasten it with a thread. Put the cutlets on a preheated frying pan with butter and fry for 10-15 minutes, then pour in the cream and simmer under a closed lid on low heat until cooked, another 10 minutes. The food is ready without any meat grinders, which then need to be washed for a long time. Enjoy your meal!
