Cooking method
1. Cut the meat into medium pieces.
2. Peel potatoes and carrots, cut into large cubes.
3. Peel the onion and garlic. We also cut the onion into cubes, chop the garlic and put it aside in a bowl for now.
4. In a slow cooker on the "Frying" mode (or "Multi-cooker"), we heat the oil, put the meat in it and fry for 5 minutes.
5. Add carrots, potatoes and onions to the meat, mix and continue to cook everything together for 7-10 minutes.
6. Time has passed - we put sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper in a bowl, mix thoroughly.
7. We set the "Quenching" mode, the time is 40 minutes.
8. The finished dish is laid out on serving plates and sprinkled with chopped herbs.
