Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Our products.
Step 2:
Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, turn on the "frying" or "baking" mode, turn it on to heat up. We cut the meat into not very large pieces - about 3x3 cm .
Step 3:
We put the meat in a slow cooker to fry a little.
Step 4:
Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 5:
The meat is slightly fried, stir...
Step 6:
..add the onion and mix.
Step 7:
Let it sweat for a couple of minutes, and we'll do the carrots..
Step 8:
Cut carrots into cubes.
Step 9:
Add to our meat.
Step 10:
Stir and let it fry all together for a few minutes.
Step 11:
Salt, pepper, add your favorite spices - I have hops-suneli ...
Step 12:
...and pour boiling water so that the meat is covered. Boiling water is required - it "seals" the meat and preserves the juice inside it, which is why the meat turns out tender. Stir, close the slow cooker and set the "quenching" mode for 1.5 hours. In the process, you can look in several times, mix and control the amount of water - if it boils a lot, then add it (but in principle there is always enough and you do not need to add it). Meanwhile, you can do the side dish.
Step 13:
10 minutes before the end of the program, squeeze out the garlic and mix well. After the signal of the end of the program, turn off the slow cooker. Another tip is to put the meat in the "preheating" mode for at least 15 minutes, this will give the meat a simply delicious taste and unusual softness.
Step 14:
Then we put the meat on a plate, add a side dish, fresh vegetables if desired and enjoy the taste of the most tender meat! Enjoy your meal!
The recipe is served for a multicooker with a capacity of 900 watts and a bowl volume of 5 liters. Dear housewives, everyone knows their assistant-a slow cooker, so please adjust the recipe if necessary.
Have a nice cooking!
