Hearty hot cabbage dish with chicken fillet. This dish is suitable both for a festive table and for an everyday menu. Chicken meat with vegetables does not need to be fried too much, only until the meat is lightly browned – as a result, the finished stewed cabbage should turn a bright orange color.

    To prepare delicious stewed cabbage with chicken, we will prepare all the ingredients according to the list. My vegetables, onions and carrots are cleaned. Chicken meat can be taken from any part of the chicken, as well as wings, thighs on a bone. But in this recipe we use chicken fillet. For refueling, we will take a little tomato paste, spices – spices for chicken and vegetable oil for frying chicken.

    Pour vegetable oil on the bottom of the pan, heat it and put the chopped fillet in the pan.

    Fry the fillet for 5 minutes on high heat, then add spices and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.

    While the chicken is being fried, chop the onion into cubes and three carrots on a grater.

    Pour the onion and carrot into the pan to the fillet, mix and cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes.

    Next, salt the chicken with onions and carrots, continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, finely chop the cabbage.

    Add tomato paste to the pan, mix.

    After the tomato paste, we put the chopped cabbage in a saucepan.

    Mix the cabbage with the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan.

    Pour water into a saucepan with cabbage and chicken, mix everything well again, let it boil over high heat, then reduce the heat.

    Cover the pot with a lid and simmer the cabbage and chicken for 30 minutes on low heat.

    Serve stewed cabbage with hot chicken on the table, you can as an independent dish, or you can with a side dish – rice, buckwheat, potatoes.
