Step 1:
To prepare a salad "Appetite " for the winter from tomatoes with apples, take the products from the list: tomatoes, sweet peppers, apples, carrots, onions, garlic and spices. The color of your appetite will depend directly on the color of the raw materials. If you take non-red tomatoes and peppers, then the sauce will turn out to be much paler in color and less appetizing in appearance.
Step 2:
Tomatoes scroll through a meat grinder or chop in a combine, add chopped garlic and simmer for about half an hour.
Step 3:
Prepare and chop the remaining vegetables and apples by peeling them and cutting them into large chunks.
Step 4:
Place in the bowl of the combine and chop.
Step 5:
Put out the chopped vegetables in sunflower oil for 10 minutes.
Step 6:
Fry them lightly after the liquid has evaporated.
Step 7:
Mix fried vegetables with apples with stewed tomatoes. Cook the mixture for another half hour - it will gurgle and "shoot", so cover the pan with a lid.
Step 8:
Pack the resulting sauce boiling in sterile jars and send it under a fur coat until it cools completely.
