How to make buckwheat with liver?
1. Finely chop the onion, chop the carrots on a coarse grater.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, heat up and pour out the vegetables. Simmer for 7-10 minutes.
3. Rinse the liver with water, remove the film and cut into large pieces.
4. Add the liver to the vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add the washed buckwheat. Add salt and black pepper.
6. Pour hot water. Cook for about 30 minutes under the lid. Serve buckwheat with liver hot to the table. Enjoy your meal!
