Buckwheat with Liver

Hearty, fluffy, and fragrant buckwheat with liver. This is a complete meal for lunch or dinner.   • How do you make buckwheat with liver?
    1. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. 2. Pour vegetable oil into a pot, warm it, and add the vegetables. Sauté for 7–10 minutes. 3. Rinse the liver, remove the membrane, and cut it into large pieces. 4. Add the liver to the vegetables and cook for 10 minutes. 5. Add the rinsed buckwheat. Season with salt and black pepper. 6. Pour in hot water. Cook, covered, for about 30 minutes. Serve the buckwheat and liver hot. Enjoy!
