Cooking method
1. Soak the loaf in water (or milk). Peel the onion and garlic. Pass through a meat grinder or chop with a blender onion, garlic and a slightly pressed loaf of water.
2. Add onion-bread paste, salt and your favorite spices to the minced meat. Mix the minced meat well.
3. Heat two types of oil in a frying pan, add flour and lightly fry it. Pour in the milk, mix until smooth.
4. Cut the processed cheese into cubes (if you have cheese in a tub, such as amber, then it can also be used). Add the cheese to the milk mass in the pan, mix. Add spices and salt here. Simmer for 10 minutes under the lid.
5. Form small meatballs from minced meat, put them in an even layer in the sauce, add bay leaf. Cook under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
Meatballs in milk sauce are tender, juicy and fragrant.
