Cooking method
1. Pre-washed meat is cut into large pieces.
2. We prepare the vegetables: everything you need is washed and cleaned. Finely chop the cabbage. Onions, carrots, celery, bell pepper are cut into medium cubes. Chop the garlic.
3. We warm up the bowl of the multivark in the "Multi-cooker" mode (160 degrees)or "Frying". Put butter, pour vegetable oil. When they are heated, add pieces of meat, fry them for 7-8 minutes. We interfere so that the meat is well fried on all sides.
4. Add celery, carrots, onions, and garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper, mix. We continue to cook on the same mode for another 10 minutes.
5. Pour water, do not close the lid, the mode is the same. Cook for 10 minutes.
6. Spread the bell pepper and cabbage, cook for another 10 minutes.
7. Add the tomatoes, stir and simmer all together for 35 minutes.
