Potato Zrazy with Ground Meat and Mushrooms

Peel 1 kg (about 2 lb) of potatoes, add them to a pot of boiling water, season with salt to taste, and cook until tender.

Pour one or two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a skillet, then add 300 g (about 10 oz) of ground meat.

Cook the ground meat over high heat for about ten minutes.

Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each potato round.

Place the shaped zrazy in a skillet with a little vegetable oil and fry over medium heat until golden brown on each side.
