Cooking method
1. Mix seasonings, salt and balsamic vinegar. In this mixture, marinate the beef for a couple of hours. Leave a pinch of seasonings for cooking.
2. Wash the vegetables, peel and cut them into small pieces in a convenient way.
3. Put the whole piece of meat on the bottom of the frying pan with olive oil, put vegetables around and on top - tomatoes, onions, eggplant, carrots, potatoes.
4. Sprinkle with a pinch of seasonings, pour soy sauce.
5. Cover and cook on low heat for 1.5-2 hours under the lid.
Everything is ready, cut the meat into pieces and serve with vegetables.
