Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Only frozen greens were available.
Step 2:
Chop the onion finely, three beets on a coarse grater.
Step 3:
Put beets and onions in a deep frying pan, simmer in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4:
Ginger root and garlic three on a grater

And add to the beetroot. Season beetroot caviar with salt and other spices. Do not forget about the spicy mixture of peppers – so the caviar will be moderately spicy and very fragrant.Simmer for another 20-30 minutes until ready.

Beetroot caviar can be varied with other ingredients if desired. Add lightly salted cucumbers, tomatoes or beans, and you will get a quick vitamin salad.
