Preparing blueberry compote. Wash the apples, peel, cut into 4-6 slices. Bring the water to a boil, add sugar and citric acid. Add apples and boil for 3-4 minutes, add blueberries, bring the compote to a boil, turn it off, let it brew. We twist it into sterilized jars and drink it in winter.
