Step-by-step cooking
1. We spend 20 minutes on water procedures (and not only) for vegetables, wash them, dry them, clean them. Then we cut everything into cubes, circles, stripes, rings, half rings, shred, etc.
2. Stew onions and cabbage for 10 minutes.
3. Throw potatoes to the cabbage.
4. We throw other vegetables in 5-10 minutes. Sour put at the end (tomatoes and tomato paste). Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add an apple to the vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes.
6. You can leave it under the lid to reach, you can send it into exile in the oven. You can even cook in the oven.
