Cooking method
To make homemade blueberry wine according to this recipe, you will need special equipment for the production of homemade wine.
This recipe is quite simple.
Blueberry berries are sorted, washed and kneaded. The resulting puree is placed in a ten-liter container, 3 liters of water are poured and tightly closed with gauze. The vessel is stored in a dark room at room temperature for 5 days.
After the expiration date, the liquid is filtered, and the remains of the berries are removed.
The resulting liquid is poured back into the container, adding sugar and honey dissolved in one and a half liters of warm water. A water shutter is installed and stored in a dark room until the fermentation process is completely stopped.
To lighten the resulting wine, it is poured with a siphon into a container and, closed with a water shutter, kept for another two months.
At the end of this period, homemade blueberry wine will become completely transparent, it can be bottled and stored for quite a long time in a dry and cool place.
