Put the couscous together with the raisins in a fireproof dish. Pour boiling water (400ml), hold for 8-10 minutes.
During this time, chop all the vegetables. Zucchini and onion - thin circles, garlic and pepper - cubes.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the vegetables, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. They should become soft.
Pour in the cinnamon, mix everything, transfer the roast to the couscous, shake, mix. So couscous will remain lush.
