To prepare potatoes with minced meat, it is necessary to prepare potatoes in a special way: it must be cleaned as always and then cut out the middle of it. We prepare minced meat based on meat. Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil and add minced meat to the onion. Put it out with onions for 10 minutes. They were salted, peppered to taste, filled with cream or milk. Brought to a boil and then simmered for another 5 minutes. Next, I do this. I separate the minced meat from the creamy gravy with a sieve. When the minced meat cools down, I add cheese grated on a fine grater to it and mix it. And now you can stuff potatoes with minced meat. It is delicious if there is a lot of minced meat in the potato, so the holes in the potatoes need to be cut larger. Put the stuffed potatoes in a bowl to the top with slices and pour them with a creamy gravy, the one in which the minced meat was stewed. For the beauty and unusual shapes, I sometimes add flour spirals. You can cook this dish on an open fire, I prefer to bring the contents of the vessel on an open fire, and then lower the potatoes into the oven. Soak the potatoes in the oven until tender. The cooking time depends on the size of the potatoes. The dish is served hot.
