Cooking method
Cut the turkey meat into small pieces, brown it from all sides in a frying pan with hot oil, then put it in a saucepan, and keep it warm, covered with a lid, but leaving it slightly ajar. After that, we warm up the tomato puree in oil, put the mashed or chopped celery and parsley there. Then pour out the flour. Mix thoroughly, and add chopped mushrooms stewed in their own juice. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Add broth, onion and sour cream. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, then add chopped garlic and salt. After that, we put the meat in the sauce, and simmer on low heat, until fully cooked, covered with a lid. The finished dish can be sprinkled with chopped dill or decorated with slices of tomatoes. Fried potatoes or boiled rice can be served as a side dish. Such a wonderful meal can be prepared for a dinner party, and I have no doubt that guests will definitely ask for a Turkey recipe with mushrooms to try to cook themselves too.
